2006 Medicare Physician Payment Rule
All physicians should contact their US Representatives. Go to the Society’s Legislative Link or use the AMA Grassroots Hotline 800-833-6354. Ask your Representatives to contact Speaker Hastert with this request:
“Include a House Budget Reconciliation provision that prevents the 4/4% Medicare Physician Payment cut and provide a positive update in 2006 to reflect increases in medical practice costs.”
